Justin Vondenhuevel, a Lead Auctioneer, is a graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI), Certified Estate Specialist (CES), Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate and the   CAGA-Certified Appraisers by the Guild of America. This combination of designations is held by less than 1% of all auctioneers across the world.

Vondenhuevel Auctioneers LLC was formed in the mid 1990’s by owners Justin and Abby Vondenhuevel to provide general live auction and real estate services to buyers and sellers in, and around, Shelby County, Ohio. In 2012 their firm joined the MarkNet Alliance Group that is now comprised of more than 70 Partner Auction and Real Estate firms across the Country. Since that time, the firm has grown to include a full auction staff of licensed auctioneers, REALTORS, appraisers and estate liquidation specialists. The team has conducted more than 4,000 Live and On-Line auctions in eight states, including real estate, firearms, personal property, farm and business liquidations, as well as many private asset collections. The company is a family-owned and operated business. They have been successful in the auction and real estate profession because they treat both buyers and sellers fairly.
